This bill amends existing law to remove registration requirements for athlete agents and to remove certain provisions regarding the authority of the Bureau of Occupational Licenses. Specifically, the bill removes definitions and sections related to the registration of athlete agents, as well as the requirements and procedures for such registration. The bill also removes the Bureau of Occupational Licenses' authority over athlete agent regulations and instead gives educational institutions the ability to inspect athlete agent records for their student-athletes.
