This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to require that meetings of an interagency group of state employees making recommendations regarding permitting decisions of a public body must be open to the public. It also requires that the votes of the members of such an interagency group on actions taken in these meetings must be recorded in a journal. The amendments to the law are effective the day following final enactment.
