This bill amends Wyoming's laws related to changes in political party affiliation by electors (voters). The key provisions are: (1) An elector must declare their party affiliation before receiving a major party primary ballot, but can choose to vote a nonpartisan ballot instead. (2) Electors can change their party affiliation by filing an application with the county clerk up to 14 days before a primary election, on the day of the primary or general election, or when requesting an absentee ballot.
