RECYCLE Act RECYCLE Act Recycling Enhancements to Collection and Yield through Consumer Learning and Education Act of 2020 Recycling Enhancements to Collection and Yield through Consumer Learning and Education Act of 2020 This bill provides support for recycling programs.
