This bill provides for the enrollment of Workers' Compensation Judges of the Division of Workers' Compensation in the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. and of Administrative Law Judges of the Office of Administrative Law.in the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS). These judges currently participate in the Defined Contribution Retirement Program (DCRP). The bill also provides for the transfer into PERS of all judges currently participating in the DCRP.
