This bill amends Section 73-15-11 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to revise the notice required for a special meeting of the Board of Nursing. Specifically, the bill removes the requirement that a written notice of the time, place, and purpose of the special meeting be mailed to all board members at least 10 days before the meeting. Instead, the bill requires that the notice be "provided" to all board members by the executive director. The bill does not change other provisions regarding the board's organization, meetings, quorum, or voting requirements.
