This bill adds new sections to Idaho law to establish provisions regarding industrial hemp. The key provisions include: 1. Defining "industrial hemp" as the Cannabis sativa L. plant with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis, as defined in the 2018 Farm Bill. 2. The bill also includes provisions for the transportation of industrial hemp and penalties for violations.
