AN ACT 2 To enact Chapter 61 of Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to be comprised 3 of R.S. 51:3211 through 3213, relative to unfair and deceptive acts or practices; to 4 provide for advertisement and solicitation for legal services; to provide relative to 5 advertisement for legal services relating to drugs or medical devices; to provide 6 relative to the use of certain health information for the purpose of soliciting for legal 7 services; to provide for requirements and disclosures in an advertisement; to provide 8 for definitions, terms, conditions, and procedures; to provide for penalties as an 9 unfair and deceptive trade practice; and to provide for related matters. 10
