This bill requires the chairman of the state liquor authority to make quarterly reports to the governor and the legislature detailing the authority's enforcement activities for the preceding quarter. The reports must include information on the number of inspections, the conduct or complaint that resulted in the inspections, the duration of the inspections, any summonses issued and resulting fines or penalties, and information on establishment closures due to the inspections. The reports must be made within 25 days of the end of each quarter and posted publicly in a machine-readable format.
