AI Summary
This bill establishes the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource Task Force to investigate the feasibility and advisability of creating a national AI research resource. The task force will be composed of technical experts from the federal government, higher education institutions, and private organizations. It will develop a roadmap and implementation plan for establishing and sustaining the national AI research resource, including goals, governance, capabilities, and plans for funding and partnerships. The task force will consult with various federal agencies and stakeholders, and will submit interim and final reports to Congress and the President with its findings and recommendations. The task force will terminate 90 days after submitting the final report, at which point its records will become part of the National Archives.
