This bill grants the Town Administrator of Wilbraham the authority to appoint and remove officers and employees of the town, except for department heads and employees of the Wilbraham Police Department, Wilbraham Fire Department, and the Department of Public Works. The Board of Selectmen retains the authority to appoint and remove department heads, except for the director of the Wilbraham Public Library, which is appointed and removed by the Board of Library Trustees. The bill also specifies that removals by the Town Administrator are subject to the approval of the Board of Selectmen.
