This bill authorizes the town of Webster to grant two additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises and two additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages to be consumed on the premises. This is an exception to the general state law that limits the number of liquor licenses a town can issue. The licenses granted under this bill will be subject to all other requirements of the state's liquor license laws, except for the limit on the total number of licenses. If a license granted under this bill is later cancelled, revoked, or no longer in use, the licensing authority can issue it to a new applicant under the same terms and conditions.
