This bill, the Elder Abuse Protection Act of 2020, amends the Elder Abuse Prevention and Prosecution Act to establish the Elder Justice Initiative within the Department of Justice's Criminal Division. It also mandates that the Initiative's online resources be made available in Spanish to better inform Spanish-speaking elders of federal and state resources to combat fraud and abuse.
