This bill amends the West Los Angeles Leasing Act of 2016 to authorize the use of certain funds received from leases and other land use activities at the West Los Angeles VA Campus. Specifically, it allows the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to use these land use revenues, without fiscal year limitation or further appropriation, for supporting temporary or permanent supportive housing for homeless or at-risk veterans and their families, renovating and maintaining the campus facilities, carrying out minor construction projects, and conducting community operations that support emergency shelter or supportive housing. Additionally, the bill removes the 75-year limit on the term of enhanced-use leases at the campus, allowing them to be up to 99 years long.
