AI Summary

This bill, the End Racial Profiling Act, aims to prohibit racial profiling by law enforcement agencies and officers in Georgia. It defines racial profiling, requires law enforcement agencies to maintain policies and procedures to eliminate racial profiling, and mandates data collection and annual reporting on routine law enforcement activities and their outcomes by race, ethnicity, and national origin. The bill also waives the state's sovereign immunity for claims seeking declaratory or injunctive relief, as well as reasonable attorney's fees, against agencies or officers engaged in racial profiling. This provides a legal avenue for individuals to challenge racial profiling practices.
