This bill allows the town of Dunstable, Massachusetts to issue alcoholic beverage licenses for on-premises consumption under Section 12 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, and for off-premises consumption under Section 15 of the same chapter, despite the provisions in Sections 11 and 11A which generally restrict the issuance of such licenses. The licenses issued under this bill would still be subject to the rest of Chapter 138, except for Sections 11 and 11A.
