This bill amends the Executive Law to require the Division of Minority and Women's Business Development to include additional information in its annual report. Specifically, the report must now categorize the total number of certified minority and women-owned businesses by the minority group that the business relies on for certification and by gender. Additionally, the report must provide information on each contract, including whether it is for goods or services, whether the contract was awarded to a certified minority-owned or women-owned business enterprise and which minority group the business belongs to, the name and business address of prime contractors and subcontractors, and the dollar value of the contract.
