The bill also allows the permit holder to allow an ultimate consumer to pick up the alcoholic beverage as part of the pickup of food prepared at the permitted premises. The bill includes provisions related to the identification and age verification of the person picking up or accepting delivery of the alcoholic beverage, and it prohibits the transport of certain alcoholic beverages in the passenger area of a motor vehicle.
