This bill authorizes the town of Andover to transfer a 7.419-acre parcel of land currently held for general municipal purposes to the town's Conservation Commission for conservation and passive recreation purposes. In exchange, the Conservation Commission will transfer two parcels of land totaling approximately 5.078 acres used as a composting facility and dog park to the town's Select Board, with the conditions that these uses must be maintained. The bill takes effect upon passage.
