This bill requires the legislative council service to publish a searchable list of capital projects that passed the legislature, including the name of each legislator or the governor who allocated a portion of the capital outlay appropriation or bond authorization for each project and the amount of the allocation designated by each legislator and the governor. The list, including any vetoes, must be published within 30 days after the adjournment of each legislative session in which a capital projects list is approved by both chambers of the legislature. The bill applies to the first session of the fifty-fifth legislature and succeeding legislatures, and it declares an emergency to ensure the act takes effect immediately.
