AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL SENTENCING; PROVIDING ADDITIONAL VIOLENT FELONIES IN THE CRIMINAL SENTENCING ACT FOR THE PURPOSES OF MANDATORY LIFE IMPRISONMENT WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PAROLE FOR THREE VIOLENT FELONY CONVICTIONS; PROVIDING EXCEPTIONS THAT ALLOW FOR PAROLE IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES; PROVIDING THAT CERTAIN CONVICTIONS INCURRED BY A DEFENDANT BEFORE THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN SHALL CONSTITUTE VIOLENT FELONIES; PROVIDING PENALTIES.
