This bill amends North Dakota's Century Code to allow the state's Legislative Management to review any executive order issued by the President of the United States that has not been affirmed by a vote of Congress and signed into law. The bill requires the Attorney General to review the constitutionality of such executive orders and, if deemed unconstitutional, prohibits the state, its political subdivisions, or other publicly funded organizations from implementing the order if it relates to pandemics, health emergencies, regulation of natural resources, agriculture, land use, financial sector environmental standards, or the right to bear arms.
