This bill proposes the following key provisions: The bill makes several changes to the administration and provision of various human services programs in California, including the CalWORKs welfare-to-work program, the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) program, the California Food Assistance Program (CFAP), and adult protective services programs, among others.
