This bill requires the submission of Senate Constitutional Amendment 10 of the 2021–22 Regular Session, if adopted by the Legislature, to the voters at the November 8, 2022, statewide general election, and designates it as "Proposition 1" and places it as the first measure on the ballot. It also requires all other constitutional amendments adopted by the Legislature at the 2021–22 Regular Session to immediately follow Proposition 1 in numerical order on the ballot. The bill appropriates $150,000 to the Secretary of State for the purpose of preparing the state voter information guide. Additionally, the bill declares that it is to take effect immediately as a bill providing for appropriations related to the Budget Bill.
