AI Summary

This bill extends a moratorium on utility termination of services for residential and small business customers (with 25 or fewer employees) after the COVID-19 state of emergency is lifted or expires. The moratorium would remain in effect for 180 days after the state of emergency ends or until December 31, 2021, whichever is later.
