This bill requires a limited liability company (LLC) that qualifies as a committee or a sponsor of a committee under the Political Reform Act of 1974 to file a statement of members with the Secretary of State. The bill also requires the LLC to file an amended statement if it receives an additional $10,000 or more in contributions.
