This bill enacts the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact, which allows licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to provide services in other member states. The compact establishes a coordinated database to share licensure, disciplinary, and investigative information among member states. The bill also authorizes individuals holding a multi-state license under the compact to practice physical therapy or work as a physical therapist assistant in Michigan.
