This bill amends various laws to restrict the residence of sex offenders near schools, workplaces and homes of victims. Specifically, it prohibits level 3 sex offenders (where the victim was under 18) from residing within the area defined as school grounds, and prohibits all level 2 and 3 sex offenders from residing within a quarter mile of a victim's workplace, residence, or prior residence if the victim is deceased and their family member continues to reside there.
