This bill creates a new Mount St. Helens special license plate that displays an image of the volcano. The bill reenacts and amends existing laws to add the new license plate to the list of special plates available and to establish the initial and renewal fees for the plate. Proceeds from the sale of the Mount St. Helens plates will be used to promote education, stewardship, and science at Mount St. Helens through the Mount St. Helens Institute. The bill also provides an effective date of November 1, 2021 for the new license plate.
