This bill creates a new section in the North Dakota Century Code related to vaccine and infection information, prohibiting state entities and private businesses from requiring documentation of an individual's vaccination status, presence of pathogens/antibodies, or post-transmission recovery status. It also amends the state's insurance law to require coverage of telehealth services at the same level as in-person services. The bill also directs the Legislative Management to study health insurance networks, including narrow networks, and their impact on consumer choice and costs. Finally, the bill declares this an emergency measure.
