This bill restricts the use of neonicotinoid class pesticides in New Mexico, with some exceptions. The bill also makes other changes to the Pesticide Control Act, such as updating definitions, registration requirements, and grounds for denying or revoking licenses. The effective date of the bill is July 1, 2021.
