This bill amends existing law to provide for game tags, to revise fee provisions, and to revise violation provisions regarding permits. Specifically, it adds sage grouse to the list of wildlife for which residents and nonresidents can purchase tags to hunt. It also updates the fee schedule for sage grouse tags. Additionally, the bill removes references to "sage grouse" from the section on hunting permit requirements, and makes other changes to infractions and misdemeanors related to fish and game regulations.
