AN ACT Relating to creating and expanding unrestricted authority for public entities to provide telecommunications services to end 3 users; amending RCW 54.16.005, 54.16.330, 54.16.425, 53.08.005, 53.08.370, and 43.155.070; adding a new section to chapter 54.16 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 35.27 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 35.23 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 36.01 RCW; adding a new section to chapter 53.08 RCW; creating a new section; and repealing RCW 54.16.420.
