An Act To Amend Section 65-1-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Mississippi Department Of Transportation To Maintain Ditches, Curbs, Drainage And Grass Mowing Of Rights-of-way For Any State Highways Located Within The Municipal Limits Of Any Municipality In The State With A Population Of Ten Thousand (10,000) Or Less; And For Related Purposes.
