Requiring all traffic to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians within a marked or unmarked crosswalk at the intersection, even when facing a flashing yellow signal. 6. Requiring drivers to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians crossing the roadway within a crosswalk or at any unmarked crosswalk at an intersection, even when traffic-control signals are not in place or not in operation.
