AN ACT RELATING TO LICENSING; AMENDING AND ENACTING SECTIONS OF THE NUTRITION AND DIETETICS PRACTICE ACT TO CLARIFY DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST AND NUTRITIONIST LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING A SCOPE OF PRACTICE FOR DIETITIAN NUTRITIONISTS AND NUTRITIONISTS; CHANGING THE COMPOSITION AND DUTIES OF THE NUTRITION AND DIETETICS PRACTICE BOARD; PROVIDING A BIENNIAL LICENSURE FEE; PROVIDING EXEMPTIONS FROM FEES FOR ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY SERVICE PERSONNEL AND SPOUSES; CREATING FINES FOR NUTRITION AND DIETETICS PRACTICE ACT VIOLATIONS; EXTENDING THE SUNSET DATE OF THE NUTRITION AND DIETETICS PRACTICE BOARD; PROVIDING FOR NO ADDITIONAL LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR CURRENT LICENSED PRACTITIONERS; CREATING TITLE PROTECTION.
