AN ACT RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION; PROVIDING A TEMPORARY ADDITION TO THE CONTRIBUTION RATE OF CONTRIBUTING EMPLOYERS AND A TEMPORARY INCREASE TO THE BASE WAGE FOR WHICH EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION FUND ARE MADE; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.
