AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC HEALTH; REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO ESTABLISH AND REQUIRE SPECIFIC HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS TO BE USED AT FACILITIES AT WHICH ABORTIONS ARE PERFORMED TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019.
