AI Summary

The fund will receive $1 from each snowmobile certificate of number fee, rental certificate of number fee, and nonresident snowmobile user certificate issued by vendors. The fund will be managed by a State Snowmobile Avalanche Fund Committee (SSAFC) appointed by the board, consisting of the director of the U.S. Forest Service National Avalanche Center and four regional snowmobile representatives.
