AN ACT RELATING TO PROCUREMENT; ALLOWING AGENCIES TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS TO PURCHASE RENEWABLE ENERGY FOR A TERM NOT TO EXCEED THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE FACILITIES USED TO SUPPLY THE ENERGY.
