AN ACT RELATING TO AGING; REQUIRING PROVIDERS TO INCLUDE CLOSURE PLAN DESCRIPTIONS IN CONTINUING CARE CONTRACTS; REQUIRING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO ACCEPT AND REVIEW ALLEGED VIOLATIONS OF THE CONTINUING CARE ACT REPORTED FROM ANY SOURCE.
