This bill amends the West Los Angeles Leasing Act of 2016 to authorize the use of certain funds received from leases on the West Los Angeles VA Campus. Specifically, it allows the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to use these "land use revenues" for supporting construction, maintenance, and services related to temporary or permanent supportive housing for homeless or at-risk veterans and their families, renovating and maintaining the campus facilities, carrying out minor construction projects, and community operations that support the development of emergency shelter or supportive housing. The bill also extends the maximum term of enhanced-use leases on the campus from 50 to 99 years. Additionally, it requires the Secretary to include an assessment of how the revenue is expended and the direct benefits to veterans in the annual report on the campus.
