This bill adopts omnibus legislation relative to: I. Travel insurance, which creates a comprehensive legal framework for the sale of travel insurance in New Hampshire, including requirements for limited lines travel insurance producers and travel retailers, and regulates the marketing and sales practices for travel insurance and travel protection plans. II. Domestic insurance company investments, which expands the types of derivative transactions that an insurer may use, subject to certain limitations. III. Self-service storage insurance, which establishes procedures for owners of self-storage facilities to sell property insurance to their renters, and requires them to obtain a limited lines license to do so. IV. Medicare supplemental insurance, which prohibits issuers from continuing to charge a disabled member over age 65 the under age 65 premium.
