This bill amends Minnesota Statutes to require interagency groups of state employees making recommendations on public permitting decisions to hold their meetings open to the public. It also requires the votes of members of state agencies, boards, commissions, departments, and interagency groups to be recorded in a public journal. The bill applies these open meeting requirements to interagency groups in addition to the existing requirements for state agencies, boards, and other public bodies.
