This bill amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934 to remove the provision that would have repealed the authorization for the delivery and carry-out of mixed drinks on June 2, 2021. The bill establishes requirements for the delivery of mixed drinks, including that the drinks must be in a sealed, tamper-evident container and delivered by an employee of the retail licensee who is at least 21 years old and verifies the age of the recipient. The bill also prohibits third-party delivery services from delivering mixed drinks and requires compliance with any relevant executive orders during a disaster. The bill takes effect immediately.
