This bill amends Arkansas law to prohibit collective bargaining by public employees, with some exceptions. The bill also prohibits public employees from engaging in strikes or other concerted actions to disrupt public employers' operations, and allows for the termination of public employees who violate these provisions. However, the bill allows public employees to form associations to promote their interests before public employers.
