This bill requires transportation network company (TNC) drivers and applicants to complete an educational training course on the dangers and harms of human trafficking, which is to be approved by the Attorney General. Under the bill, failure of a TNC driver to complete the educational training course and provide certification to the TNC will result in removal from the TNC's digital network and require the driver to resubmit an application to be a TNC driver.
