This bill amends Georgia's Quality Basic Education Act to require local school boards to adopt a policy for addressing parent or guardian complaints about materials that are "harmful to minors" being provided to students. The bill defines "harmful to minors" and outlines the complaint resolution process, including timelines, investigation procedures, and appeal rights.
