This bill aims to provide free school lunch and breakfast to all students in Minnesota. Additionally, the bill prohibits schools from denying a meal to any student, regardless of their outstanding meal account balance. It also expands access to free breakfast to include prekindergarten students, early childhood special education students, and all kindergarten students.
