This bill establishes the Strong Students Grant Program and the Strong Students Scholarship Program in Idaho. The grant program provides education grants of up to $500 for eligible students, with priority given to students from lower-income households. The scholarship program allows for the creation of student scholarship accounts, funded at 90% of the average per-student state funding, for eligible students who previously attended public school.
